Invenia Group is proud to be partnered with a fast-growing, highly reputable European company offering both software and testing innovations in oncology. As they continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager to lead commercial success across international markets.

About the Role:

As Channel Partner Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth by managing and empowering a global distributor network. This is your chance to shape strategy, take ownership of results, and close deals that truly make an impact in cancer diagnostics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Grow revenue through a well-supported and accountable distribution network
  • Set clear goals and coach partners to success
  • Deliver training, tools, and go-to-market strategies
  • Align commercial execution with local market needs
  • Act as the key link between internal teams and distributors
  • Identify challenges early and take decisive action
  • Represent the voice of the market within the organisation

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a commercial role — ideally managing distributors
  • Strong understanding of NGS technology and its role in diagnostics
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a strong advantage
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to performance
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • A resilient, proactive mindset and a passion for commercial excellence
