Director of Business Development

I am currently partnered with a high-growth digital health start-up that is driving efficient & effective healthcare outcomes for patients and healthcare providers. Utilizing their cutting-edge software solutions to support virtual care & remote patient monitoring.

Role responsibilities:

As Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for nurturing and optimizing current lines of business, as well as establishing relationships with new customers. Eagerness to be part of a high-growth, disruptive start-up is essential. In a competitive market, you will play a key part in developing a creative and effective approach to the market, managing sales pipelines, and much more.

This role will be an integral part of the company’s continued growth and you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute commerical strategies across the business.

For this role, we are looking for Philadelphia-based individuals.

Role requirements:

• Proven track record of Sales/BD/Marketing success in a Digital Health, Health Tech, or Healthcare setting – preferably in a growth small – medium-sized start-up setting
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership teams and key decision-makers.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience within the Medical Devices or Remote Patient Monitoring space is a huge plus.
• Confidence operating as an individual contributor with the long-term goal of scaling and managing teams.
  Philadelphia based.
