An established global life science company is looking for a remote-based Account Manager to support and grow customer relationships across the Flanders region. This is a full-cycle sales role — like a Field Sales Representative, but entirely virtual — focused on building loyalty and driving growth across a dedicated customer base.
This role is ideal for someone with a scientific background and strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a tech-enabled, collaborative sales environment.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through virtual channels
- Drive engagement and promote the assigned product portfolio
- Ensure repeat business by understanding customer needs and purchasing behaviour
- Lead price and contract negotiations
- Deliver product information, training, and post-sales support
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (FAS, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Keep CRM records up to date and use sales tools effectively (e.g., Salesforce)
What you bring:
- A background in Life Sciences (or a related field) and ideally sales experience in the industry
- Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with remote selling, pre-call planning, and opportunity qualification
