We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the growing team.

Role responsibilities: 

The successful individual will be responsible for improving product usage, enhancing profitability and growing a business by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners. You will look to improve business through careful strategic business planning and positioning of products in each account or enhance the operation of the business.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Manage current customer base while identify new business opportunities – growth trends, customers, products and services
  • Develop and Amplement business plan
  • Reporting Actual vs. Planned (Bus. Ran) in support of commercial team by managing, monitoring and making recommendaüons
  • Achieve or excœd sales and KPI’s for territory
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation / business
  • Meet with customers, face to face, phone, email, screen share
  • Maximise contact points within total territory
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

What we are looking for: 

The ideal individual should have a university Degree and commercial education, e.g. business, economics, administration, as well as previous experience of managing accounts / territory within a similar organization. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business within large accounts, as well as a proven track record of working to KPI’s and achieving targets.
