Invenia Group has partnered with an international life science company, which is currently looking to hire a Life Science Sales Director for its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to participate in the global growth and success of an ambitious biotech company.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will play a crucial role in the company’s management team, and you will report to the Head of the Business Unit. You will ultimately be responsible for the following:

  • Lead and manage the life sciences Sales team to meet business goals
  • Define and implement the company’s sales strategy, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Develop in-depth accounts knowledge and establish strong strategic partnerships with large B2C and B2B accounts
  • Identify new commercial customers, qualify and develop leads, and work collaboratively with other teams

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a Master’s degree in sciences or in bioengineering. You should have a good understanding of the biotech industry and molecular biology, as well as a proven track record of high performance in a Sales Key Account management function.

You should also have previous working experience at the Senior sales management level selling products and services in a B2B environment.
