Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing pharmaceutical company, looking to hire a Manager, Commercial Analytics to join the team based in North Carolina. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of technical experts in a fast-paced environment, improving patient care.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic business decisions through the development and delivery of insightful marketing & commercial analytics. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining sales performance dashboards to track KPIs
  • Analysing to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps
  • Support territory alignment
  • Deliver actionable insights to the senior leadership to optimise go-to-market strategies
  • Support customer segmentation
  • Collaborate across teams to gather feedback and improve reporting capabilities
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership

What are we looking for? 

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related field, with a Master’s or MBA preferred. You should also have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  • Proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets and communicate results to non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience supporting field sales teams in a regulated healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, or other life syndicated data providers
  • Experience with scripting languages like R or Python (not mandatory)
