Do you have 5+ years of experience in 2nd-level management (leading a team of managers) within the dental or medical device sector? Are you looking for an exciting new career challenge? 

Invenia Group is proud to be partnered with a global leading manufacturer in the dental implant sector. This role will be responsible for direct leadership for a team of regional managers, and indirectly leading a salesforce of over 60+ reps, whilst also working closely with all other business functions to ensure the delivery of the P&L budget & ensure a strong customer journey throughout.

This company manufactures industry-leading products with a fantastic reputation globally and this position will report directly to the President of the business, being a key member of the US leadership team. The senior leadership of this company is well-regarded by the sales team and has a strong working culture.

Responsibilities of the role:

If successful, you will be responsible for the direct leadership of a team of regional managers and a further 50+ indirect reports of Sales representatives and KAMs nationwide. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Provide direction to the commercial team for product launches. Including target customers, revenue objectives, product positioning, value messaging, and differentiation
  • Develop & implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue
  • Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analyses
  • Creating sales processes for the regional team leaders to execute
  • Annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting
  • National sales coaching for all new employees
  • Travel up to 50% across North America

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a process-driven, analytical leader with 5+ years of experience in 2nd-level management (leading a team of managers) within the dental or medical device sector with a track record of growing sales and exceeding performance quotas. Experience is preferred in a direct sales approach however a dealer/distribution sales background is also applicable.
