Invenia Group has partnered with a well-funded, cutting-edge life science instrumentation manufacturer in their search for a Senior Business Developer / Sales person to cover the DACH region. The company has a strong focus on the fastest-growing areas of Biotherapeutics, specifically antibodies, cell therapy, and cell line development.

With an established global install base they are seeking to hire individuals with experience selling high-value capital equipment (Ideally €400k+) for a BD focussed role.

Role responsibilities: 

You will work as part of a Commercial European team of 10, with 5 Salespeople and 5 FASs across key European regions, report directly to the VP EMEA.

This position will be based in Germany or Austria, with a preference for Southern Germany.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of high value capital equipment sales ideally into Biopharma, Bioprocess or CRO/CDMO.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, growing key accounts, and networking at all levels of the customer organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Biochemistry or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
  • Strong technical background in Single Cell Analysis, Proteomics or Cell Line Development (a plus) or related fields.
  • Knowledgable of current trends and advancements in the Biotherapeutics space
  • German and English lanugage skills

Benefits: 

Compensation of over €160k OTE dependent on relevant experience + Car Allowance + Benefits
