Foundational Commercial Role – Cardiac / EP Technology (Start-Up)

Looking for a new career opportunity?

We’re working with a venture-backed medical technology start-up building a new visualization and workflow platform for cardiac ablation procedures.

The company has developed an FDA-cleared, augmented-reality system that provides clinicians with a real-time, patient-specific 3D view of the heart during electrophysiology procedures. The technology integrates with existing cath lab systems and is designed to improve navigation, communication, and procedural efficiency — particularly as ablations move into Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and lower-cost care settings.

This is a first, foundational commercial hire and a rare opportunity to help shape how a new category is taken to market.

The Role

This is not a traditional “big-company sales director” role.

You will be:

  • Hands-on and customer-facing
  • Personally driving early adoption
  • In cases, in labs, and in direct conversations with clinicians, administrators, and operational stakeholders
  • Helping define the repeatable commercial motion before a broader team is built

The role combines selling, learning, and shaping strategy in real time.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a scrappy, player-coach profile who enjoys early-stage environments and ambiguity.

You may come from:

  • Electrophysiology
  • Interventional cardiology / cath lab
  • Structural heart
  • Capital equipment or digital clinical platforms

Key requirements:

  • Comfortable selling complex clinical platforms or infrastructure, not just consumables
  • Experience engaging physicians and hospital / ASC decision-makers
  • Willing to be hands-on, in the field, and close to customers
  • Startup mindset — adaptable, curious, and execution-oriented

EP experience is helpful but not mandatory. The ability to learn, execute, and build momentum matters more than logos.
