Invenia Group is partnering with a leading biotechnology company that is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge innovative tools and services that accelerate scientific discovery. We are looking for a Senior QC Scientist to join their growing team based in San Jose.
Role responsibilities:
If successful, you will be responsible for managing the QC process for a range of next-generation sequencing and reproductive health products. You will have a key role in the launch cycle of new products, meeting quality testing deadlines and managing their finished goods custom business portfolio.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with an advanced degree in a scientific discipline and a minimum of 6 years of experience working within a quality control team in a biotech or pharma company. Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing and DNA/RNA molecular biology is also required. Previous experience with real-time and single-cell instrument automation would be beneficial.
