We are searching for an SVP of Business Development to work closely with the CEO and CBO on company strategy and large-scale partnership agreements.
Role responsibilities:
The successful SVP of BD will jointly lead the end-to-end business development process. You will be cultivating strong relationships with partners and monitoring biopharma industry trends, relevant deals, and the competitive landscape to maintain cutting-edge knowledge.
You will collaborate with the CEO and CBO in identifying long-term commercial opportunities for the platform including new internal initiatives, partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate with an MBA and 12+ years of experience in leading and negotiating biopharma business development transactions of consequence, as evidenced by a robust deal sheet and a proven track record in partnering with a history of closing high-value biopharma deals.
You should have an in-depth knowledge of product and deal valuation, corporate development, and financial analysis and strong relationships with a sizable network of business development contacts at large biotech and pharma companies. We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge and experience in the AI Drug Discovery space and previous experience in Big Pharma.
