About the job

Do you have a background in Ruminant Nutrition? Do you want to be part of a successful and growing team of consultants in the Ruminant Nutrition space?

Invenia Group is partnered with a profitable and established client to recruit several Nutritionists with proven sales backgrounds for the ruminant nutrition industry. The privately owned company has expanded over the last 4-5 years to deliver a stable growth margin through a mixed team of Technical Specialists and Nutritionists. With the steady growth predicted to continue, the company is ready to further expand its team of Nutritionists in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that prides itself on its flat structure and supportive team of experts, where you can truly determine your own success and have autonomy over your own territory and business development strategies.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will report directly to the Managing Director of the company, and you will be involved with field-based sales and consultative advice within your set territory. You will also be responsible for driving sales revenue within your territory, as well as cultivating relationships, offering key knowledge and herd management solutions to traditional and robotics farmers, as well as providing a high level of service and aftercare to your clients. You will uphold the company image to ensure the growth of repeat and new business.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a degree in ruminant nutrition, and an established strong reputation in the ruminant nutrition industry. You should have previous experience working in the space for 5-10 years within a sales and business development role. The company is open to considering candidates who are passionate and enthusiastic to learn but perhaps lack years of experience.

In return (dependent on experience) we offer a generous base salary, bonus and commission structure, company car of your own choice, 25+ days’ holiday per year, team and individual training, and full support on the road.

If you feel that you have the skills and experience necessary, please apply for more information.
