We are partnering with a leading innovator in the clinical diagnostics space, currently expanding its UK commercial team. As part of this exciting growth, they are looking for a driven Account Manager to support sales and business development across North England and Scotland– including York, Hull, Newcastle, Carlisle, and all of Scotland.

The role:

As Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-established territory, promoting a portfolio of diagnostic solutions, with a particular focus on blood transfusion and quality control. You will:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and private sector labs.
  • Drive direct sales performance in line with commercial targets.
  • Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities to grow regional revenue and market share.
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure lasting, value-driven partnerships.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction while supporting the wider UK commercial strategy.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
  • A solid understanding of clinical workflows and diagnostics technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in account planning and business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
