Invenia Group has partnered with a global life science leader, looking to hire a Regional Sales Leader for its team, based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company committed to excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and progress.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for achieving business targets through sales development and field marketing programs in the territory of Nordics and UK&I in the EMEA region. You will manage a team of 1 Sales Specialist and 1 Field Application Specialist based in Sweden, as well as distribution partners in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meets aligned quota and sales targets for the region
  • Actively takes responsibility for EMEA strategic projects and local Strategic accounts
  • Provides accurate monthly forecasting, updates and next steps within SFDC every week, as well as timely, accurate and competitive pricing to customers, and submits internal approvals
  • Attends seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations to promote business
  • Maintains knowledge of the company’s products

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, preferably in Chemistry or Food Science. You should have strong experience within the analytical society with a solid network in accounts within environmental, food, chemistry, and material science.

  • Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work with regional teams, leaders and Senior Management
  • Independent, with good organisational and teamwork skills
  • Desire to learn, grow and take the lead in a sales role within a fast-paced matrix organisation
  • Willingness to travel is essential (30%+)
