Foundational Commercial Role – Cardiac / EP Technology (Start-Up)

We’re working with a venture-backed medical technology start-up building a new visualization and workflow platform for cardiac ablation procedures.
The company has developed an FDA-cleared, augmented-reality system that provides clinicians with a real-time, patient-specific 3D view of the heart during electrophysiology procedures. The technology integrates with existing cath lab systems and is designed to improve navigation, communication, and procedural efficiency — particularly as ablations move into Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and lower-cost care settings.
This is a first, foundational commercial hire and a rare opportunity to help shape how a new category is taken to market.
The Role
This is not a traditional “big-company sales director” role.
