We’re currently partnering with an innovative life sciences organisation that is expanding its commercial presence across Europe.

As part of this growth, we are seeking a Clinical Account Manager to drive business across the Benelux region, working with hospitals, clinical laboratories and research organisations to support the adoption of advanced molecular diagnostic technologies.

This is a strategic commercial role that combines account management, consultative sales and business development within a highly scientific environment.

The Role

You will take ownership of the Benelux territory, developing relationships with key healthcare and laboratory stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer partnerships.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the business across clinical and translational healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across the Benelux region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinical laboratories and research organisations.
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities.
  • Grow existing customer accounts while expanding market presence.
  • Lead consultative sales discussions involving scientific, clinical and procurement stakeholders.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate commercial forecasts.
  • Represent the organisation at customer meetings, conferences and industry events.
  • Work collaboratively with applications, marketing and product teams to support customer success.

About You

We’re interested in professionals who have:

  • A degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
  • Several years of commercial experience within molecular diagnostics, genomics, life sciences or laboratory technologies.
  • Experience selling into hospitals, clinical laboratories or healthcare institutions.
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English. Dutch and/or French would be advantageous.
  • The ability to manage a broad territory independently.

Experience within oncology, precision medicine, inherited disease, infectious disease or clinical genomics would be highly beneficial.
