The Physician Office Engagement Manager will play a key part in this mission by owning the Company’s relationships with the office teams of key physician partners. S/he will be responsible for building relationships with members of the office team and understand their operational workflow and will also work in partnership with other members of the Physician Engagement team to achieve key commercial outcomes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with the office teams of physician partners, including schedulers, admin, front desk staff, office managers, clinical coordinators, and pharmacists
- Build a deep understanding of operational processes of office teams
- Educate office staff on the broader Physician Engagement team and potential collaboration opportunities
- Partner with Physician Engagement Leaders to engage physician partners and their staff in a thoughtful and cohesive manner
- Own and achieve relevant performance targets related to office engagement
- Build a deep understanding of the Physician Engagement and Patient Services operational models and available resources; use this to reduce friction for offices and patients throughout the prescription lifecycle
- Following approval, develop and execute strategies to help achieve target commercial outcomes in partnership with Physician Engagement teammates
- Following approval, support achievement of commercial targets by accelerating time to appointment and time to prescription for appropriate patients
Skills & Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience working at high-growth startup, management consulting, or finance
- Resourceful, nimble, and entrepreneurial with a strong results orientation
- Able to travel >50% of the time
- Minimum BSc degree
