To start off Revna, can you introduce yourself?

My name is Revna, I’m a Senior Principal Consultant here at Invenia Group. For the last 10 years, I’ve been working with smaller biotech and start-ups of less than 10 people  across the genomics and genetics space and helping them grow globally, making sure that they’re commercial teams that are effective of more than 100 people and helping them on key positions that require a lot of key technical skills as well.

 

What differentiates our recruitment process?

Our European life sciences team is multi-lingual, which means that our consultants across our team can use their extensive market knowledge to make sure that they attract the right talent for their teams.

We can help life science, diagnostics and medical device organisations with their hiring needs on both commercial and technical opportunities at different levels.
