We have worked with this client for over five years, supporting hiring across R&D, marketing, legal, finance, operations, and administrative functions. When the company sought to strengthen its European commercial team, the clients Managing Director approached us to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the Benelux region, based in France.
Challenge
This role was critical – the successful candidate would manage a young team of sales representatives while also carrying responsibility for high-value accounts. The client needed someone with deep life science expertise, capable of selling to research institutions, biotech firms, and pharmaceutical companies, while also mentoring and developing junior staff.
