Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing biotechnology company, looking to hire an Account Executive for the Nordics region. This is a fantastic opportunity to build brand awareness within a nascent market. 

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for conversations with the clinical laboratories, including product demos, contract negotiations and closing deals across the Nordic countries. You will also have the opportunity to take regular trips to Switzerland and other great destinations for team retreats.

Role requirements:

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales towards healthcare institutions (preferably selling products in the oncology field), as well as the following: 

  • Have built a network of contacts within the laboratory hospitals (preferably pathology laboratories)
  • Fluency in Swedish and in English (any other Nordic language is a plus)
  • Love being in the field to build long-term relationships with customers
  • A self-starter with a track record of high closing rates and successful account development
  • Are rigorous and disciplined in following through on each opportunity
