As part of this exciting growth, they are looking for a driven Account Manager to support sales and business development across North England and Scotland– including York, Hull, Newcastle, Carlisle, and all of Scotland.
The role:
As Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-established territory, promoting a portfolio of diagnostic solutions, with a particular focus on blood transfusion and quality control. You will:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and private sector labs.
- Drive direct sales performance in line with commercial targets.
- Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities to grow regional revenue and market share.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure lasting, value-driven partnerships.
- Deliver customer satisfaction while supporting the wider UK commercial strategy.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- A solid understanding of clinical workflows and diagnostics technologies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in account planning and business development.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
