Invenia Group has partnered with a leading gas generator manufacturer, which is looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager based in the South of Germany. Reporting to the Senior Territory Manager DACH, you will be responsible for driving and developing business with end-users, OEM accounts, and our distributor network.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for generating a high volume of sales activity and new account generation, as well as the following:

  • Provide sales advice and support to OEMs/customers to assist them in purchasing our generators by offering solutions for their gas requirements
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify key regions and markets within the territory
  • Drive business development by utilizing all available tools to grow the customer base and increase sales
  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
  • Report on sales activities, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a proven sales track record in a laboratory environment, in Germany. Someone who is fluent in German and English is customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal skills and can work independently and as part of a team. You should also bring excellent problem-solving skills, both technically and commercially on board.
