Your Mission:
Reporting to the VP of Sales EMEA, you’ll hold a pivotal role in leading and supporting sales efforts across Europe, with a primary focus on the German market.
Your Contributions:
- Initiating, presenting, and spearheading business development efforts.
- Discerning and finalizing opportunities with new organizations.
- Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring a consistently active sales cycle.
- Collaborating effectively with the Customer Success team to ensure a customer-centric onboarding experience.
- Offering insights to the company and product management regarding market and product requirements.
- Successfully leading and managing a dynamic team of sales representatives within the region.
Qualifications You Bring:
- Over 5 years of consultative sales experience, demonstrating the ability to comprehend customer needs and align them with product offerings.
- Prior experience in directly leading or managing a sales team.
- Proficiency in selling NGS or Genomics products, preferably in laboratory settings, or clinical products within hospital/healthcare systems.
- Possessing a proactive “hunter” mentality with a proven track record of consistent growth.
- Being open to acquiring knowledge about Genetics, Diagnostics, or Health Analytics if not already acquainted.
- Willingness and capability to travel within your territory (minimum 50% travel).
