Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for their new Oncology product launch as well as a complete portfolio in Benelux. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and have experience in developing marketing strategies that drive business objectives. *Can be based in Brussels or Utrecht.*

Key responsibilities:

  • Initiate, manage, and oversee all marketing activities for the new product launch and the existing portfolio in Benelux.
  • Develop effective marketing programs and tools that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients and that are in line with local regulations.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop marketing materials and ensure such materials are aligned with Company branding guidelines and ensure execution of messaging and brand strategy.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, attitudes, and behaviors and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to deliver innovative, impactful programs (including personal, non-personal/digital, and/or peer-to-peer promotion) across multiple customer segments (HCPs, nurses, pharmacists, patients).
  • Review of translation, link with systems and regulatory department, and the full rollout of new progs including digital. Support on Medical collaboration: headboards, congresses, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including sales, regulatory, legal, analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, patient advocacy, medical affairs, and patient value/ access
  • Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metrics
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape and conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, attitudes, and behaviors and use this information to identify opportunities and develop marketing plans that differentiate our products and services.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in marketing activities in the pharmaceutical industry
  • An in-depth knowledge of the relevant markets and environment, including the therapeutic context and competitor landscape.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as sales, medical affairs, and market access to ensure alignment and execution of integrated marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Track record of developing and implementing regional marketing plans through the integration of systematic market research and a broad mix of advanced and relevant marketing tactics
  • Demonstration of initiative and creativity through innovative thinking
  • Strong customer orientation and Budget follow-up.
  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
