As part of this growth, the company is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive revenue generation and strategic account development across the West Coast territory.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on winning new business, developing strategic pharmaceutical and biotech accounts, and expanding existing customer relationships across discovery, translational, and pathology teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive new business across pharma, biotech, and CRO accounts

• Develop and expand strategic customer relationships across discovery biology, assay development, translational research, pathology, and imaging teams

• Support customers through evaluation, adoption, and long-term account growth

• Partner closely with internal technical and commercial teams to maximise customer success

• Help shape territory strategy and contribute to long-term commercial expansion

Candidate profile:

• Proven life science sales experience selling reagents, consumables, imaging platforms, or related solutions

• Strong track record working with pharmaceutical and large biotech accounts

• Technical alignment across workflows such as IHC, IF, multiplex imaging, spatial biology, proteomics, or antibody-based applications

• Strong ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business

• Highly self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy
