We are now seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team and contribute to the core operational functions that keep the business running efficiently and compliantly.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute and track integrated, cross-functional plans for both short- and long-term initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure timely project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate regular reporting on company initiatives and operational progress.
  • Support end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment.
  • Assist warehouse operations with inventory control, order processing, and facility oversight.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and sales transactions.
  • Support compliance efforts, including serialization, licensing, state price reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide cross-functional operational support across departments.
  • Create, analyze, and present business reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead or assist with ad-hoc initiatives aimed at solving business challenges.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years’ experience in business operations; life sciences or pharmaceutical industry background is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Fishbowl) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with EDI transactions is a plus.
