This role suits a proven commercial leader who has taken breakthrough ingredients or bioactive solutions from early traction to repeatable, high-value growth.

The Opportunity

Own the commercial strategy and build a modern GTM organisation spanning enterprise sales, key accounts, partnerships, marketing, and customer success. Shape pricing, deal governance, segmentation, and pipeline discipline to deliver predictable, scalable revenue. Translate cutting-edge science into clear value propositions that win with global customers.

What You’ll Lead

  • Commercial strategy, GTM design, and annual revenue/margin targets
  • Enterprise sales, strategic accounts, and major partnerships
  • Pipeline rigour, forecasting accuracy, and revenue operations
  • Hiring and developing a high-performance commercial team
  • Demand generation, brand visibility, and market expansion
  • Alignment with Product, R&D, and Scientific Affairs on market-led innovation

What You Bring

  • Executive CCO (or equivalent) experience in ingredients, food-tech, biotech, or pharma
  • Track record scaling commercial organisations in VC/PE-backed environments
  • Deep enterprise sales experience with major deal origination and negotiation
  • Strong digital GTM capability: segmentation, analytics, velocity, ROI
  • Proven ability to build teams, playbooks, and processes that scale globally
  • Executive presence and skill in turning complex science into compelling narratives
