Role responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven track record in a senior BD leadership role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- Strong business acumen and a demonstrable ability to drive revenue growth and develop successful business strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Advanced degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field (MBA or PhD preferred).
