Invenia Group is partnered with a leading global pharmaceutical company currently focused on expanding its Specialty Brands franchise across the EU. As a result of continuous growth, we are looking for a Communications & PR Manager – Medical Affairs to develop external communications that create impact, build engagement, and show meaningful and measurable results.

In this role, you will help to raise awareness of therapies and medical devices that have the potential to transform people’s lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a huge growth area for the business and offers a lot of opportunity for growth and development.

Role responsibilities: 

Reporting to the Communications and PR Lead EMEA, you will be responsible for coordinating key projects with the medical affairs, and PR & Comms team from developing messaging and communication tactics to coaching and educating senior team members and delivering key external communications deliverables to ensure that they deliver their ambitious communications strategies.

As part of this, you will collaborate with other functions such as marketing colleagues across the company’s franchise teams to shape messaging and communications tactics and become the point of contact for identified PAG outreach whilst working toward shared and compliant communications goals.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering external comms within a pharmaceutical environment (or similar heavily regulated environment). You should also have experience in writing and developing medical communications material. Due to the speed of growth of the organisation, we are looking for someone with the ability to operate and prioritise in a complex matrix and fast-moving environment.
