Invenia Group is partnered with a highly reputable international CMO, searching for a Director, Manufacturing Operations at their aseptic and sterile drug product facility in California. This role reports to the site lead and will see you heading up a manufacturing organization of 50.
Role and responsibilities:
If successful, you will be responsible for the following:
- Build a best-in-class production process that can withstand unexpected challenges.
- Manage own P&L.
- Coaching and training of the manufacturing group.
- Maintenance of the standard of the facility, ensuring compliance with GMP.
- Cross-department collaboration with supply chain, quality, MSAT, and facilities.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring that safety policies are followed and that personnel are trained in and follow safe work practices
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in sterile and aseptic manufacturing.
- People leadership within a CDMO setting.
