Invenia is proud to be exclusively partnered with a high-growth dental SaaS practice management provider who has been growing exponentially and is looking for someone to lead their RCM department in the scaling up on the business as they look to double headcount in the team this year.

This role will be a pivotal part of the leadership team in the strategic development of the business but will also be hands-on, with both the domestic and international teams with the aim to empower dental businesses to increase productivity, minimize costs and improve dental care; by combining practice management, patient engagement, practice marketing, and data analytics through their solutions offering.

Responsibilities of the role:

If successful, you will be responsible for the leadership, quality assurance, and management of RCM services. You will lead a team of 10 direct reports and a further 120 indirect reports, you will ensure the success of RCM clients both through a team of account managers and directly when needed.

You will also work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure the commercial success of the business, and ensure effective project management for the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of RCM management and experience in leading a team of direct reports & comprehensive hiring backgrounds. You must be both a hands-on individual and a team player. Strong project management experience is also essential and knowledge of the dental sector is preferred.
