Are you a hands-on sales leader in the dental industry looking for your next challenge? Keen to lead a project from the ground up?

Invenia is proud to be exclusively partnered with a high-growth PE backed SME manufacturer that is expanding its global operations and looking for its first exec hire in EMEA. This position will require someone with extensive distributor/dealer management experience, whilst also having established a brand or product in a region before. The role is excellent for someone looking to have a real impact on a business and has great succession plans for expanding your region into APAC in time. This role is home-based.

Responsibilities of the role:

If successful, you will responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for the EMEA region, you will manage existing distributors and growing revenues, expand into new, untouched markets establishing new distribution partners and you will develop hiring strategies and build a team from scratch.

You will also be responsible for establishing KOL and key speaker networks in major and developing markets and liaising with marketing and operations at HQ to enable commercial success.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with experience in any sector of the dental industry as well as 5+ years of experience in distribution management. Experience in an international/EMEA role is essential. The ideal candidate must be both highly strategic and hands-on with the ability to drive commercial growth. Prior leadership skills are desired but not essential.
