Invenia is working with a rapidly expanding specialist manufacturer of scientific instrumentation to Field Application Specialists in the Midwest of America.

Role responsibilities:
The role will require a deep understanding of different immunoassay technologies as you will oversee seminars and platform training within a fast-moving rapidly developing field. Additional responsibilities will include working in partnership with the Sales team as well as researchers to assist with experimental design and high-level troubleshooting.
This is a field-based role and candidates must be happy to travel around the territory. This role can be based in Texas or Illinois. (we are flexible on this)
What we are looking for:
For this, we are looking for someone with a PhD in a biology-related subject. Must have extensive experience with ELISA assays especially designing, troubleshooting, optimising etc.
Experience working as a FAS or in a support/customer-facing role is desired but not essential. The company have had great success training and developing post-doc researchers into an FAS role.
This is a field-based role and candidates must be in the territory and be willing to travel.
