We are looking for a motivated Field Applications Specialist (FAS) who will play a key role in driving the adoption of a cutting-edge cloud-based platform that’s revolutionizing clinical genomics. You will work closely with clients, providing expert support from pre-sales to post-implementation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of the platform in molecular diagnostics laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the value of a cloud-based genomic analysis platform to clients.
- Provide technical training and support to ensure efficient platform use.
- Manage the onboarding process and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor products.
- Support clients in the region and attend industry events (up to 50% travel).
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive success and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native Italian speaker with fluent English (French is a plus).
- B.Sc. in biology, genetics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of NGS and its clinical applications.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms or SaaS technologies in life sciences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts.
- Customer-facing experience within life sciences or healthcare technology.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in bioinformatics or genomic data analysis.
- Familiarity with molecular diagnostics workflows and IVD/IVDR regulations.
- Knowledge of the healthcare and genomics landscape, particularly in personalized medicine.
