Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing company currently seeking a qualified and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine services such as installation, repair, preventative maintenance (PM), and qualification for an assigned product. You will also be responsible for sharing product knowledge, addressing and resolving after-sales service issues, and providing training to service engineers, sales and marketing staff, and customers about the features, advantages, and benefits of our products and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine services (installation, repair, PM, and qualification) for an assigned product
  • Share product knowledge, information, and experience with the service team
  • Address and resolve all after-sales service issues and inquiries related to current products
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products supported (installation, repair, PM, and qualification)
  • Train service engineers, sales and marketing staff, and customers about the features, advantages, and benefits (FAB) of the products and applications
  • Communicate effectively with customers (internal or external)
  • Respond to customer complaints and problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Trace product quality issues, prepare relevant reports, and provide feedback to relevant quality departments
  • Collect competitive information and products, conduct thorough testing to identify product advantages, and provide sales with information
  • Communicate competitive information to product development engineers and management to help stay ahead of our competition by developing new products and technologies

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Evaluate the score of GPR no less than MR in the past two years
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
