We are in search of a dynamic Field Service Technician (F/M) to join our client’s growing support team. This position is based in France, specifically around Paris, and requires travel within the Paris region averaging three days of travel per week.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, checks, and repairs on different systems to ensure excellent customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver service and support during field visits or dispatches, including preventive maintenance, installation, and repair of client’s systems.
  • Execute on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
  • Identify and diagnose errors or technical issues, determining appropriate solutions.
  • Generate comprehensive and timely service reports.
  • Manage documentation processes efficiently.
  • Safely operate vehicles and utilize field automation systems.
  • Adhere to company field procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and briefings.


  • Technical degree or certification in IT, electro-technics, or robotics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven field service experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
  • Good command of English.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and travel frequently.
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
