Head of Analytical & QC

Invenia Group is partnered with a growing viral vector CDMO start-up that has only recently emerged from stealth mode, who are seeking an experienced and driven professional to take on the role of Head of Analytical Development & QC.

This role will see you play a pivotal role in this company’s start-up operations, overseeing the build-out of their new QC Lab, as well as leading the assay development and writing QC SOPs for GMP product release. This role reports directly to the C-Suite level.

Skills & Experience Required:

• cGMP and cGLP experience.
• Setting up a QC lab.
• Method development and validation.
• Background in gene analytics, protein analytics, and general biological tests is a plus.
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Client facing.
• Leadership
• Highly credible with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent market knowledge
• A strong team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
• Ability to relocate to Philadelphia (contribution by client)
