Invenia has partnered with a provider of solutions intended for challenging the boundary of in-silico. Their platform specializes in modeling complex protein-protein interactions, driving the discovery of biologics, protein degrades, and small molecules.
Following very strong financing and executing deals with large pharma companies they are looking to bring on board a Head of People.
Role responsibilities:
Head of People to build the foundation of the company’s HR, culture, and talent functions. This will be a role that can make a big impact on the company and will have a lot of visibility with senior management.
It will be responsible for designing and executing a people operations strategy for the company. It will also address the employee experience at the company from onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, etc.
- HR and people management, this includes designing people operation strategy to help support a growing team.
- Support the recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
- Manage the company’s compensation and benefits package, visa/immigration processes, employment law, and employee review cycles, etc.
- Work with the senior team to help design and execute a recruitment plan including talent management and organizational structure.
- Be responsible for the company’s external brand relating to external talent pools and recruiters etc.
- Help establish a coaching and performance management programs.
What we are looking for:
- We are looking for an individual with strong experience in talent management, talent operations, recruitment, or other relevant HR roles.
- Ideally experience working in the pharma, biotech, AI, or Tech sector.
- It’s essential that someone has worked in a high-growth, fast-paced company where they have helped establish and develop HR and Talent processes. This can include building compensation and benefits packages, onboarding procedures, recruitment processes as well as employee engagement, retention professional development programs, etc.
- Must have experience with employee relations, employment law, compliance practices, and visa/immigration processes.
- We’d like someone who is good at driving a great culture and who has a proactive can-do attitude.
- It is a huge benefit to have worked in a start-up/medium-sized organization.
