Invenia Group has partnered with a growing organisation looking for a Head of Sales – Nordics to join the fast-growing team. This role will cover the full Nordic territory, and the successful applicant can be based in either Sweden, Denmark, or Norway.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for achieving sales and market growth goals across the company’s portfolio. You will coach and develop a team of Salespeople and laboratory specialists to meet and exceed territory goals, and you will work in partnership with other members of the Management team to realize specific business objectives.

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with Academical science study or equivalent acquired knowledge e.g. in biology, pharmacy, chemistry, medicine, health care, medical technologies, preferably diagnostics, as well as the following: 

  • Track record of sales/product support of a minimum of 5 years in comparable surrounding/business management, preferably diagnostics
  • Existing / strong customer connections
  • Strong business acumen and awareness of Regulatory Affairs and Health Care Compliance
  • Proficient at analyzing sales / commercial data and identifying key trends or drivers of change
  • Solid understanding of trends in the diagnostic market and factors that influence the marketplace
  • Building and sustaining relationships
  • Fluency in the local language and a High level of proficiency in English are required
