Role:
The Head of CMO Management will take responsibility for overseeing the activities of third-party manufacturing and packaging companies located in the US, Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing overall CMO strategy
- Leading contract negotiations
- Managing post-launch supply chain strategy and activities for new business
- Analysis of third-party capabilities
- Project management
- Inventory management
- Team leadership
Skills & Experience Required:
- Degree in Operations, Engineering or Supply Chain with a focus in Science
- Background in supply chain and manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong contract negotiation skills and procurement knowledge
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, quality and regulatory teams
- Excellent communication skills
