About the job

Role:

The Head of CMO Management will take responsibility for overseeing the activities of third-party manufacturing and packaging companies located in the US, Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing overall CMO strategy
  • Leading contract negotiations
  • Managing post-launch supply chain strategy and activities for new business
  • Analysis of third-party capabilities
  • Project management
  • Inventory management
  • Team leadership

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree in Operations, Engineering or Supply Chain with a focus in Science
  • Background in supply chain and manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and procurement knowledge
  • Experience working cross-functionally with legal, quality and regulatory teams
  • Excellent communication skills
