HR Manager

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching business leaders and managers in the development of solutions and concepts in response to current and potentially upcoming future challenges of their people agenda.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Collaborates with managers and employees at all levels of the organization
• Acts as an enabler and single point of contact for employees in the business
• Interfaces with HR services, talent acquisition, and payroll for continuous standardization and optimization of HR processes
• Takes over HR consultation with Works Council including information management

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has Business acumen in the HR environment and is familiar with German legal HR requirements and collaboration with German Works Councils. You should have the ability to work in a fast pace environment and speak native German and fluent business English.
