The Opportunity

As Inside Sales Director, EMEA, you will take ownership of the regional inside sales strategy, leading a team that plays a central role in revenue generation, customer engagement, and pipeline development across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, shaping strategy, and creating a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement. You will work cross-functionally with sales, customer support, and technical teams, helping to position inside sales as a true strategic growth driver for the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing the inside sales strategy across EMEAI
  • Building, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing team focused on revenue growth and lead conversion
  • Driving excellence in lead follow-up, qualification, and pipeline acceleration
  • Creating clear goals, structure, and momentum across the team
  • Using CRM, reporting tools, and data insights to improve performance and visibility
  • Partnering closely with customer service and technical teams to deliver an outstanding customer journey
  • Developing talent and building long-term capability within the team
  • Bringing fresh ideas, commercial agility, and a strong performance mindset to the organisation
  • Adapting strategy in line with market developments and business priorities

What We’re Looking For

We are keen to hear from candidates with:

  • A PhD, MSc, or equivalent background in genomics, genetics, molecular biology, or a related life sciences field
  • Strong experience leading inside sales teams within life sciences, genomics, diagnostics, or another complex, high-technology environment
  • A proven ability to design and execute sales strategies that deliver growth
  • A track record of coaching and developing successful commercial teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in an international setting
  • A strategic, data-led, and hands-on leadership style
  • The adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business
  • Willingness to travel regularly to the UK HQ
