Invenia Group has partnered with a growing client that drives the application of gene editing and gene modulation to enable world-leading academic institutes (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical diagnostic laboratories), to identify the genetic drivers behind human disease and deliver new therapies for precision medicine.

We are seeking an Energetic and Goal-Oriented Inside Sales Specialist (Fully Remote) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and customer service and have strong communication skills (French and English). This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in sales and has great income potential with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support over the phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Life Science, Molecular Biology…
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
