Invenia Group has partnered with a leading manufacturer of diagnostic solutions, providing rapid testing technologies to further improve the quality of health care across the world. This innovative company has a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and driven Key Account Manager to join its growing team in The Netherlands.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will work with the Sales Manager Benelux, to develop markets and customers, as well as achieve sales targets and provide great customer service in your various areas of responsibility. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • The development of markets and customers
  • The development and execution of the company’s full product portfolio within the Netherlands
  • Proposal preparation for customers
  • Articulate issues and business opportunities with relevant customers to secure long-term business
  • Monitor and report on competitive activities

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a Primary degree in BA or equivalent work experience in the field of diagnostics. You should have at least 3 years of experience working in medical devices or a similar environment, an understanding of the industry and the Dutch market, and ideally, experience delivering change initiatives and facilitating change in a customer-focused organization. You should also possess the following skills:

  • Knowledge of the sales market and job profile
  • Ability to think innovation and not be constrained by current practices
  • Experience in working on strategic topics
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Fluency in a third language (German) is a distinct advantage
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Responsible-minded with a high persuasive power
  • Driven by objectives, and solutions, meet deadlines and customer satisfaction
