Do you have 3+ years of experience selling biologics products and previous dental sales experience? Are you looking to join a leading dental implant manufacturer? 

Invenia Group is proud to be partnered with a leading implant manufacturer in the US. We are looking to hire a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for achieving and growing sales of biomaterials within an implant company. In this role, you will be covering a multi-state territory and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager as well as working closely with Territory Representatives to help manage and grow the biomaterial sales.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for managing a multi-state territory and have the opportunity to attend and participate in national trade shows and other educational events. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • In direct leadership of over 35 territory reps
  • Co-travel with local reps to maintain and develop strong customer relationships
  • A keen understanding of biologics to educate customers and help grow sales revenue
  • Localized training and education of both customers and the sales team
  • Identify & analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordingly to increase sales and revenue across the Western market
  • Travel up to 75%

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience selling biologics products and previous dental sales experience. You should have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel up to 75% of the role, and ideally have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant industry. 

You should also have a full understanding of clinical workflows as well as clinical applications, and an in-depth understanding and knowledge of bone grafting products.
