Invenia Group are partnered with a viral vector CDMO, searching for a Manufacturing Lead to join their new state-of-the-art facility in Pennsylvania.
Role and responsibilities:
- Oversee cGMP for the process and manufacturing equipment.
- Drive cGMP and own SOPs around design, control management, documentation, investigations, training Driving cleaning, and environmental monitoring (EM) programs.
- Oversee tech transfer both in terms of scale-up from the lab and eventual transfer back to the customer.
- Assist in hiring strategy and lead the floor manufacturing team.
Skills and experience require:
- Viral vector manufacturing experience across
- CDMO experience highlights are preferable.
- Experience building a facility from the ground up and establishing processes.
- Understanding of both upstream and downstream processes
- Strong background in MSAT and engineering.
