Invenia Group is partnered with a leading international pharmaceutical company, that is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical professional to provide business insights and analytics through quantitative and qualitative research to help drive better strategic decisions. This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the EMENA region acting as a partner to facilitate decision-making based on market trends in their business area and in-depth data analysis.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Analyse data from different sources to produce insights on competitors, market volatilities, and pricing to present to senior stakeholders across the EMENA region with market trends
  • Work in collaboration with the rest of the team to develop insights from innovative sources and utilise them to drive growth and improve profitability
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the market landscape to identify opportunities, key drivers, barriers, and potential trends to proactively highlight and quantify potential impacts
  • Lead market research projects based on business needs and provide insights
  • Own the development of specific monthly dashboards through Power BI
  • Present findings and insights to cross-functional team and tailor them according to brand needs
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure they get visibility, understanding of relevant data, and potential usage to meet their strategic needs

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone educated to a degree level with several years of pharma experience in European markets. You should have IQVIA data, analytical skills, and significant experience using Excel & PowerPoint. 

You should also have Power BI, commercial acumen, time management, and the following soft skills: prioritization, cross-functional, cross-cultural, and resilience.
