Marketing Manager

The candidate can be based anywhere in the UK, France, or Germany for this role, where you will cover Northern Europe.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for the market entry strategy/creating process solution bundles/support of all market and stakeholder-oriented communication activities/support and role out of segment strategy. You will plan marketing campaigns alongside product launches, sales actions, and other market activities, and define the channel mix for marketing. You will also be responsible for the following:

• Define content and tone of communication
• Serve as a supporter of all market-related activities
• Develop tools to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities
• Measure effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities and Define corrective actions
• Be close to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Effectively drive and communicate the strategy initiatives together with team members and stakeholders, ensure the roadmap is being followed on the right track
• Build and manage a team of Regional Business Managers who will be responsible for driving revenue and growth targets for the business areas

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related subject, as well as 7+ years of experience in marketing in industry and/or agency. You should be a creative thinker with an analytical basis and have excellent knowledge of tools to measure marketing success, as well as fluency in the English language.
