Are you looking for a new sales director position with a growing business? Do you have 5+ years of experience leading direct sales teams in the dental industry?

Invenia Group is proud to be exclusively partnered with a leading European manufacturer in the Dental Implant and Digital space after successive years of 20% growth. This role involves leading an existing direct salesforce across the US with plans to increase headcount by over 50% in 2023.

This European manufacturer has recently expanded into the US where they are seeking a hands-on sales leader to ensure the success of both a direct sales team and distribution network. The role will report directly to the CEO and you will be a key part of the North America leadership team.

Responsibilities of the role:

This role involves the leadership and development of a team of Territory Sales Representatives. You will develop and implement a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue. You will also:

  • Implement regular in-field training and management of sales team.
  • Manage the distribution networks and dealer partners.
  • Create opportunities to expand business with current clients and develop new business channels for the company.
  • Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed and prepare post-event reports and analysis.
  • Create expansion plans for new regions and execute all hiring.
  • Manage the in-house CRM and sales prospecting tools.
  • Travel up to 50% across North America.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience leading direct sales teams within the Dental industry. You will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing teams who overachieve quota. Clinical product experience and experience with a distribution sales approach are both desirable.
