Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing pharmaceutical company looking to hire a Partnership Manager for its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company awarded ‘Great Place To Work‘ certification for the second year running in the UK and Ireland.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for delivering sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and utilising customer data and market insights to develop and implement tailored engagement plans for different customer groups to drive sales. You will also be responsible for:

  • Prioritising activities in accounts with high potential for sales growth
  • Gathering customer insights and profile customers
  • Building a regional/national customer engagement plan
  • Presenting to the customer to build long-term relationships
  • Liaising with brand team colleagues and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Developing brand advocates and opinion leaders at a regional and national level
  • Implementation and delivery of the customer engagement plan
  • Preparing and presenting customer reviews and engagement plans to internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring and keeping up to date with environmental changes
  • Leading service improvement and redesign to optimise the prescribing of branded pharmaceuticals
  • Facilitate and ensure effective cross-functional working
  • Providing tangible feedback reports and communicating effectively internally to the wider team

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree or equivalent within the industry, and a thorough understanding of the healthcare environment, priorities, and networks. You should have an aptitude to develop a high level of product and demonstrable account management experience and proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry. You should be:

  • Highly analytical with a preference for working with data
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to make assumptions on available data
  • Solution-oriented and innovative
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • Great communicator
  • Highly computer literate with competence in working with multiple systems/Sirius and other technology platforms (including MS Office).
  • Business planning skills, with experience in producing business proposals/cases
  • Budget management and financial planning skills
